Stains are extra depending on carpet type and stain type.
Most stains will come out in the general clean, but specific stains will take more effort, time, and specific chemicals.
Human and animal vomit, faeces and urine there is an extra charge of $20 for sterilising cleaning equipment afterwards.
Warning: if you have attempted to remove a stain by some method recommended on the Internet, and it does not work, then you have most probably set the stain and we cannot remove it.

Our Pre-spray uses Encapsulation, which is world-class chemistry that surrounds the dirt particles in a way that stops it attracting other soil. This allows the dirt particles to be released from the carpet fibre, and then be easily vacuumed up. And since there’s no dirt attracting residue left behind, the carpet stays clean longer.
We coat all the carpet fibres with anti soiling chemicals as part of the pre-spray and cleaning process and this helps to keep the carpets cleaner for longer.
